Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity Supports Team-Building BBQ at RNAS Yeovilton

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity has generously granted funds to support a departmental BBQ for the Logistics and Executive Departments at RNAS Yeovilton. These departments, vital to the station's seamless operation, work tirelessly to maintain and manage all base facilities, including accommodation, cleaning, waste management, naval stores, and administration.

Chief Petty Officer Catering Services (CPOCS) and Lieutenant Neville, formerly the Fleet Warrant Officer Caterer, will prepare the BBQ, ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees. This event is aimed at fostering team building and boosting morale in an informal and relaxed setting during the lunch break, as the busy operational tempo of the departments makes it challenging to organise an away day.

With approximately 150 personnel expected to attend, this BBQ offers a much-needed opportunity for colleagues to interact and enjoy a moment of camaraderie, reflecting our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
