Help - Jim's Story
Their aim is to increase knowledge, awareness and understanding around mental health, and the impact of poor mental health. Through education we can all learn to recognise symptoms of poor mental health in ourselves and in each other.

HMS Oardacious - Submariners Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund
Through their partnership with the The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, the HMS Oardacious Submariners Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund was established in 2023 to respond to urgent needs within the Submarine community. The fund is now delivering some fantastic projects to support its beneficiaries; in particular to the children of serving personnel challenged by periods of long separation.
