Kate Phipps-Wiltshire brings 25 years’ experience in the leadership of UK health and social care services, in local authorities, the NHS and the charitable sector. She has held Board level responsibility for commissioning health and social care services, voluntary sector grants and contracts, the building of new hospitals and the leadership of Prison Healthcare, Addictions Services and Mental Health Care for Adults, Children and Young People and more recently palliative and end of life care. Passionate about public service, Kate has experience as a volunteer, fundraiser, trustee and CEO. Currently Kate is CEO of the Hospice of St Francis.
