RNRMC is looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager to join its Fundraising team.
Our Charity exists to provide a lifetime of support to the men and women of the Naval Service and their immediate families wherever and whenever they are in need. We take great pride in being responsive and in making a difference at a critical point in people’s lives.
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to grow individual and regular giving income for the RNRMC, including the development of legacy marketing and major donor fundraising. As part of the role, the individual will line manage the payroll giving team and Campaigns Fundraiser. This role provides an opportunity to develop your understanding of new and emerging income generation vehicles and approaches and assess their suitability for the charity.
We’ll want you to ensure that the RNRMC is agile as the country recovers from COVID-19. You’ll have to react to the changing environment, take advantage of the innovations in fundraising whilst mitigating financial risk based on evidence and insight.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Portsmouth, with some home working. There may be the opportunity to job share.
