We hope you are delighted with your purchase from the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) shop. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email).
Please note, many of our products are printed to order to help reduce waste and maximise the impact of your purchase on our charitable work.
As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these printed-on-demand items if you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want the item. Please check sizing and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and our team is happy to help if you have questions before you buy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert customer service email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from our returns policy:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g. food or drink).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at shop@rnrmc.org.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
- If eligible, we’ll provide a returns address and next steps.
- Pack the item securely, include proof of purchase, and send to the address provided.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note:
- Delivery costs are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items).
- If the item was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
