Role |
|
Responsible to the Group Financial Controller (GFC), providing support to the finance function and wider organisation for projects which have an impact on the finance department. Working together with assisting with transactional processing and reporting for various entities, the Projects & Support Finance Officer provides the daily financial administration for the finances of the Charity and supports the GFC Projects for the Charity, with an immediate focus on working with our partner charity The Royal Naval Association.

Experience & Background |
|
You will have previously worked on projects, have a hands-on approach and be able to speak confidently, presenting clear and concise information. You will have a broad knowledge of transactional processing and have a basic understanding of management accounting. Experience in accounts payable and receivable is essential, and experience working on CRMs is an advantage. As the role includes producing small entity management accounts and supporting management accountants with the larger entities, this role would suit someone looking to progress into a management accountant role in the future.
