Confirmation of details

I agree that my donation shall be dealt with in accordance with the contract between the Ministry of Defence, Royal Navy and the approved agency for the Payroll Giving Scheme. I authorise JPA to deduct the agreed monies from my gross pay and pay it through the authorised military agent to the RNRMC (Registered Charity in England and Wales No. 1117794 and Registered in Scotland No. SC041898) for the benefit of serving or former Naval Personnel and their families
