Do you have a primary school-aged child with ADHD or showing traits of ADHD? Southampton Family Trust is offering an eight-week online programme for parents designed to help you:
· understand ADHD
· boost your child’s self-esteem
· support their emotional needs
· manage challenging behaviour
· navigate school life and family dynamics
The course runs online, so you can join from your own home or anywhere else that suit you! It starts on Monday, 12th May 2025, from 7 pm to 9 pm (excluding school holidays) and is fully funded by the RNRMC.
