The RNRMC is looking to recruit a Business Support Officer who is both a competent and effective administrator and has excellent interpersonal skills.
As a member of our busy Operations Team, you will be working to provide high quality administrative and general business support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Chief Financial Officer in particular.
You will be the first point of contact for general enquiries and visitors to the charity and support the Head of Business Support and EA to CEO with tasks such as diary management, Board and Committee Meeting preparations (both administrative and logistical), also communicating regularly with external and internal stakeholders and beneficiaries.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate they are fully versant in the use of O365 tools, are an organised individual and enjoy providing effective and efficient administrative support.
This is a full time position: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with the flexibility for some home-working. A clean driving licence is desirable.
